Host Agreement

You use Ounsia as an independent business to serve your own guests. Ounsia provides software that answers your guests and relays their requests; it does not run your accommodation, employ your providers, or take over your duties as a host. You remain the host and the responsible party towards your guests.

You confirm you are authorized to operate the accommodation(s) you add and to use this service for them. You keep your account secure and ensure that anyone you allow to use it follows this agreement and the Terms of Service.

You are fully responsible and liable for every private service and provider you add or recommend through Ounsia (taxis, drivers, delivery, and any other third party).

You select, vet, instruct, price, and stand behind these providers. Ounsia does not vet, employ, supervise, insure, or guarantee them. As between you and Ounsia, any harm, loss, injury, damage, dispute, overcharge, no-show, or accident arising from a service you added is your responsibility, not Ounsia's.

You are responsible for ensuring the providers you add are lawful, appropriately licensed and insured where required, and suitable to serve your guests, and for keeping their details accurate and current.

When you enter a provider's contact details (such as a phone or WhatsApp number) you confirm that you are entitled to share that information with Ounsia and to have Ounsia relay guest requests to that provider, and that doing so complies with applicable data-protection law. You will obtain any consent or provide any notice the provider is owed.

You will remove a provider, or correct their details, promptly if they ask, if the basis to contact them ends, or if their information becomes inaccurate.

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and currency of everything you enter for your guests: property details, Wi-Fi and access, house rules, FAQs, prices, media, and service information. The bot answers from this data, so inaccurate data produces inaccurate answers.

You will not enter content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, or that you are not entitled to share, and you will comply with the tourism, consumer, safety, and tax rules that apply to your accommodation.

When a guest asks for one of your services, the bot relays and translates the request to your provider on your behalf. You are responsible for arranging your providers' availability and conduct, for honoring what your bot offers your guests, and for resolving any issue between your guest and your provider.

You control the bot per guest (pause, stop, flag) and you are responsible for supervising its use with your guests, including stepping in where a request needs a human decision.

Any commission, markup, or arrangement between you and a provider is solely between you and that provider. You are responsible for being transparent with your guests as the law requires, and for the lawfulness of any pricing presented through your bot. Ounsia is not a party to, and takes no commission on, your provider arrangements.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ounsia and its operator from any claim, liability, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the services and providers you add, your content, your dealings with your guests and providers, or your breach of this agreement or of applicable law, including data-protection and privacy obligations toward your guests and providers.

We may suspend or remove your access, content, or providers if we reasonably believe they are unlawful, unsafe, infringing, or in breach of this agreement, or if they create legal risk for us, your guests, or others. We will act proportionately and, where practical, let you remedy the issue.

This agreement applies for as long as you use Ounsia as a host. The provisions on your liability for added services, the lawful basis for provider contacts, indemnification, and the disclaimers survive termination of your account.
