Cookie & Tracking Notice

Cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session storage) are small pieces of data stored by your browser. We use them only on the website and dashboard, not in the WhatsApp conversation itself. We group them into strictly-necessary and analytics.

These are required for the service to work and cannot be switched off through the site. They do not require consent.

• Authentication/session cookie — keeps a signed-in host logged in and secures the session.
• Locale cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) — remembers your chosen language (Arabic, French, or English) so pages display in the right language and direction.
• Security cookies and tokens — protect against cross-site request forgery and abuse.

We use PostHog to understand how the website and dashboard are used and to detect errors, so we can improve reliability and usability. This sets analytics identifiers and records product events and, where enabled, session diagnostics. Session diagnostics are recorded with all on-screen text masked, so they show how a page was used but never what it said — no guest name, phone number or message content leaves your browser in a recording.

We do not currently show a consent banner. Instead we honour your browser's Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control setting: when it is on, analytics do not run at all for you. You can also block or clear these cookies in your browser (Section 5). If you would rather we stopped measuring your visits by another route, write to contact@sifrhost.com.

We do not use cookies for advertising, ad targeting, or selling data, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers. Analytics are used to operate and improve Sifrhost, not to profile you across other websites.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and block or clear local storage there too. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may break sign-in and language selection.

You can change your mind at any time by turning Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control on in your browser, which stops analytics for you, and by clearing the cookies already set. To ask us anything about this, write to contact@sifrhost.com.

We may update this notice as our tools change. Material changes will be reflected here and, where required, communicated to you.
